Position Overview:
We are seeking a spirit-filled, committed leader to serve as the Youth Director and Academy Chaplain. This individual will disciple students, lead weekly chapel services, and provide spiritual oversight and mentorship to youth both inside and outside the classroom. With an opportunity for future ordination, as well as an increase to hours and income.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and lead weekly chapel services for students
• Provide pastoral care and mentorship to students and staff
• Coordinate youth gatherings, Bible studies, and spiritual events
• Partner with teachers and leadership to support spiritual development
• Foster a safe, encouraging environment where students can grow in their faith
Qualifications:
• Born Again Christian with a growing, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
• Experience in youth ministry or pastoral leadership
• Strong communication and relational skills
• Alignment with TWCA’s mission, vision, and statement of faith
• Ability to work part-time hours on-site and attend events as needed

Position Overview:
The High School Learning Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a classroom of approximately 30–35 students in grades 9–12, using the Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) curriculum. Students work independently and at their own pace on core academic subjects. The supervisor provides classroom management, tracks student progress through weekly goal setting, grades work, leads small group activities upon completion of PACE assignments, and maintains ongoing communication with parents.

Supervise and manage a structured, goal-oriented learning environment
Set academic goals and monitor individual student progress
Grade student work and conduct breakout activities
Support students with various academic and developmental needs
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
At least three years of teaching experience
Basic understanding of adolescent development and learning differences such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, and Dysgraphia
Strong communication and organizational skills
Teaching certification is a plus
Location Requirement:
Applicants must reside in the Tampa Bay area, preferably within 30–45 minutes of campus.
